Singapore Airlines announced on 15 Jan 2018 that London and Hong Kong will be the latest destinations to feature the latest A380 cabin products.
From 16 Feb 2018, SQ322 departing Singapore for London will feature the new A380 on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. From 17 Feb 2018, the new cabin products will be featured on SQ305 from London to Singapore on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, but only until 5 Apr 2018. From 7 Apr 2018 onwards, the new cabin products will be featured on SQ317 from London to Singapore, also on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Saver space on these flights have mostly been snapped up. However, it is still possible to waitlist yourself on these flights if you are lucky to come across the option on the booking engine. Alternatively, Standard space is wide open but that will cost you a lot more miles.
If you can’t get hold of a seat on the flights plying between Singapore and London, you would be able to find some award space on SQ860 from Singapore to Hong Kong, and on SQ863 from Hong Kong to Singapore, but only from 18 Feb 2018 to 6 Apr 2018, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Following that, from 8 Apr 2018, the new cabin products will be featured on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays on SQ856 from Singapore to Hong Kong, and on SQ861 from Hong Kong to Singapore.
The latest cabin products will be fitted on all five new A380s, and will progressively be retrofitted on the 14 remaining A380 aircraft already in service.
