According to Australian Business Traveller, the curved pod-like Opal seats from Stelia Aerospace could very well be the new regional Business Class seat onboard Singapore Airlines’ new B787-10 aircraft.
The seats should be arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration. This means that all passengers will have direct aisle access. When deployed, each seat turns into a bed of a minimum of 77 inches long.
Singapore Airlines has not yet commented on this latest development, so it remains to be seen if the Opal seats will indeed be featured on board the B787-10.
