According to AusBT, Seattle may very well be Singapore Airlines’ next non-stop destination in the US.
Singapore Airlines recently resumed non-stop flights to Newark, and will similarly resume non-stop flights to Los Angeles this November. The airline is also currently operating non-stop flights to San Francisco.
There was much speculation as to which other North American destination the airline would operate a non-stop service to. While Singapore Airlines used to operate flights to Las Vegas, Chicago, Honolulu and Vancouver, other options that were identified included Toronto and Boston. It seems that Seattle might be a great choice as a gateway to the Northwestern US. No dates have since been released as to when Singapore Airlines will launch the Singapore-Seattle service, although it is slated for 2019.
